Have the ticket fee's increased?

Yes, the fee's have increased slightly but not for no reason. After all of the cancellations of events in 2020 and so many people being left out of pocket without being able to be refunded or told their tickets would "roll over" to the next show. We wanted to make sure this did not happen on our watch! We have integrated into our tickets insurance via ' Event Protect ' which secures 100% of your money back if the event does not go ahead for any untoward reason.

As a double-lock mechanism, there is also the option of ' Refund Protect ' which is optional at checkout. This allows you to ensure your ticket purchase against the possibility of you not being able to attend for any of the given reasons on the Refund Protect policy (please makes sure you read it).

As always, payments for tickets are handled by our partner Helm Tickets but if for any reason you need to claim on either Event Protect or Refund Protect you will need to contact them directly. Animangapop and Helm Tickets will be unable to handle these Claims.
